Being that we are in the Hot Selling Season the Market is changing fast. The Market continues to push prices higher. The biggest indicators that I look at in the Market reports is the Square Foot Price (SQFT) and Days on Market. I haven't seen Closed Average Square Foot Price near $200 for a non-custom single level in Las Sendas in a very long time.
