Hello, as local resident and homeowner here in Las Sendas I have always paid attention to the Statistical Market Analysis. As we survive another summer and we moved into our Fall Season, our home values are up on average of 8 % based on the 1-year comparison from the 3rd quarter of 2017 to the 3rd Quarter of 2018 which is in line with the rest of Phoenix Metropolitan Area.  However, comparing 2nd Quarter to the 3rd Quarter of  2018 the Las Sendas values have leveled off. Also, Las Sendas Active homes For Sale inventory has increased.  We are seeing little weakness in this strong Seller Market, therefore, I am seeing home values to remain consistent until Spring, 2019.   It is a great time to sell or buy a home.
